Important information

All contributions to FSV2009 conference will be managed using the Conference Software (ConfTool Pro 2.2.10). All authors must have an associated account before submitting an abstract.
A link for authors to log in to their ConfTool account and submit their abstract(s) is provided at the top of the page. Authors submitting abstracts to the FSV2009 conference should first read the following guidelines before submitting their abstract.

Using the Abstract Template

The length of the abstract should not exceed one A4-page. Abstracts must be submitted using the Microsoft Word template or the Pdf template supplied on this website. The abstract must not exceed the 250 word limit.

The submission is possible using the link below or using the registration webpage. Other file formats or paper manuscripts are not accepted.

Submitting an Abstract

Title: Enter the title of the abstract.

Presentation Type: Authors of papers should select "Poster" or "Oral Contribution" or "Poster or Oral Contribution". The Organisation Committee will select which contributed submissions will be presented orally. The remaining submissions will be presented as posters. Soon after the close of abstract submission, submitters will be notified of their presentation type.

Making Changes to Your Abstract: Once the author information is complete, you are allowed to print, edit, or withdraw the abstract. You can log in to the software and make changes to your abstract and author information at any time before the submission deadline of 31 August 2009.

Notification of Acceptance: Notification of the acceptance of contributions for presentation at the conference will be made to all submitting authors.
