Please note that all persons intending to attend the FSV 2009 Conference must register, including Invited Speakers, Chairpersons, Delegates, Sponsors and Exhibitors.

Please, contact your travel agent to obtain current information about passport and visa requirements.
If you need any assistance to obtain your visa, please contact us as soon as possible (indicate your address, date and place of birth, your passport number and date of expiration, probably a curriculum vitae may be required.). Please note, that the organizing committee is not able to contact embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend the meeting.
